We appreciate that sometimes customers may not like how the abaya looks on them after buying online.
Therefore we have introduced a policy to ensure customer 100% satisfaction.
RETURNS &. FULL REFUND POLICY
We offer full returns and refunds on some of our items but not all.
EXCHANGE POLICY
However, for all our abayas, due to us being a new small business, we would like to offer customers the ability to exchange any abayas that they would like to ( reasoning of: size, colour, design) if they are not happy with the current abaya that they have bought then you are able to swap. Please get in contact with us on our Instagram page or by email for exchanged returns :)
At this current moment of time, we only offer the exchange & returns policy to our online orders.

Our terms & Conditions Returns & Exchange policy are below:
- Abayas must be returned to us within 1 week from your package being delivered to your home.
-Abayas must return to us unwashed, unworn and only been tried on to look at style.
-Abayas must not have any stains or damage.
-Abayas must not have a used smell to them - e.g perfume, deodorant.
We will contact you once we have fully inspected your order with full refund details :)
